Dr. Amy M. Stevens, Ed.D., LPC

 

Amy is a counseling and education consultant doing business as Arcadian Resources in Marietta, GA currently serving as the Director of Psychological Health for the Georgia National Guard. Limited availability for private clients. She has over 25 years of experience in counseling, education, and training with military, government, public and private agencies. An advocate for special populations, her specialization is helping organizations obtain needed resources to accomplish social services missions. Interests include at risk youth, adoption/foster care, mental health, veterans and learning disabilities. She provides strategic business planning, capacity building, expert program review and grants coaching. A retiree of the U.S. Department of Labor, she has exceptional insight to the governmental procurement process. Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has an M.S. from Johns Hopkins University in Applied Behavioral Counseling, a M.Ed. from The Citadel in Educational Administration and a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy UniversitySarasota. Driving Directions to the Office

Arcadian Resources has a new place to serve you at the MANSOUR CENTER at 995 Roswell St, 1/4 mile west of the Big Chicken, going toward the city of Marietta. The Big Chicken (KFC Restaurant) is located at the intersection of Hwy 41 and Roswell Street. We are located west of the Big Chicken within walking distance. If you head west, you will see a Mexican restaurant on the left and the Mansour Center is on the right. Come into the main parking lot and enter the right side of the building through the doors marked for The Center for Family Resources to check in with the receptionist.
